Accessing the History

To see all the invoices you have generated, navigate to Invoices & Transactions > Sent Invoices. This list provides a complete audit trail of your billing.

Managing the List

On this page, you can see key details at a glance:

  • Invoice #ID: The unique number assigned to that receipt.
  • Customer Name: Who the invoice was sent to.
  • Date: When the invoice was created.
  • Status: Confirms that the invoice is active SENT.

Re-sending Invoices

If a customer loses their link or asks for a copy, you don't need to create a new one. Simply find the invoice in this list, click View, and share the link again via SMS or WhatsApp.

Remember: Invoices are dynamic. If the customer hasn't paid in full, their "Sent Invoice" will always show their current balance automatically!
