General Usage
TailorBench digitizes your entire workshop. Unlike a notebook, it allows you to search customer measurements in seconds, track order deadlines, send automated WhatsApp notifications, and manage finances from any device.
Our system is cloud-based to ensure data safety across multiple devices. However, we have optimized the platform to work smoothly even on low-speed 3G/4G connections common in various regions.
Regions & Accounts
To provide the fastest possible speed and comply with local data laws, we host regional instances. Users in Ghana should use the GH portal, while users in Nigeria should use the NG portal. Your login is specific to your region.
Privacy & Security
We use bank-grade SSL encryption for all data transfers. Your workshop data is private and can only be accessed by you and the staff members you authorize.
Yes. We respect your right to privacy. You can submit a formal request via our Request Deletion page, and our global security team will purge your records within 30 days.
