Stop guessing your stock levels and start tracking every yard or metre of fabric.

Adding Stock Items

To start tracking your materials, navigate to Inventory & Showroom > Manage Inventory. Click "Add New" and enter:

  • Item Name: (e.g., Kente, Ankara, Lace, or Suit Fabric).
  • Initial Stock: Total quantity currently in your workshop.
  • Unit Price: The cost per unit in your local currency.

Material Type: African Print / Brocade
Quantity: 45 Yards / Metres
Status: Available

This list allows you to see exactly what is running low before you take on a large contract or order.

Pro Tip: You can delete old inventory items that you no longer stock to keep your digital workshop organized.
