Legal framework for our fashion ERP services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a TailorBench account or accessing our regional instances (gh.tailorbench.com, ng.tailorbench.com, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all workshop owners, staff members, and visitors.
2. Account Responsibility & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. TailorBench and UTS Developers Ltd are not liable for any unauthorized access to your measurement book or financial records resulting from negligence in securing your account.
3. Use of Services & Marketing
TailorBench provides tools for measurement management, order tracking, and invoicing. You agree that data collected may be used for internal marketing purposes to improve our services and provide industry insights. You may not use TailorBench to store or transmit malicious code or offensive material.
4. Global Showroom & Content
When you upload images to the Showroom and set them to "Public," you grant TailorBench a non-exclusive license to display these images on the global feed for the purpose of promoting your workshop. You must hold the intellectual property rights to any designs or photos you upload.
5. Subscription & Billing
TailorBench may offer tiered subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited access to cloud synchronization and advanced ERP features.
6. Data Deletion & Account Termination
You have the right to stop using TailorBench at any time. Upon a verified request to support@tailorbench.com, we will permanently delete your account and all associated customer data. Please note that this process is irreversible, and deleted data cannot be recovered.

7. Service Availability & "As-Is" Clause
While we strive for maximum uptime, TailorBench is provided "as is." UTS Developers Ltd does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for any business loss, profit loss, or data corruption caused by third-party server outages or local internet issues.
8. Modifications to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the TailorBench dashboard or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
