Stock Flow Management

Track materials as they enter your shop or get used for customer garments.

1

Stock In (Adding New Supplies)

When you purchase new materials—be it Ankara from the market, Lace, or buttons—you need to record them to increase your balance. Simply select the item and use the Stock In button.

2

Stock Out (Usage)

When a garment like an Agbada, kente, Kaftan, or Shweshwe dress is being made, you use up materials. Recording a Stock Out helps you keep your inventory levels accurate so you know when to restock.
