Update details, record payments, and track customer communication in one place.

Managing Order Details & Measurements

On the left side of the page, you can update core information:

  • Core Info: Change the delivery mode (e.g., Express), proposed date, or assign a specific worker.
  • Visuals: View or replace the Front, Back, and Material Pictures.
  • Measurements: Modify existing values (like 'chest' or 'leg length') or add new rows using the + Add Measurements button.

Recording New Payments

The top-right section allows you to handle installments:

  • Add New Payment: Enter the amount and notes (e.g., "Paid via MoMo") then click Record Payment.
  • Payment History: Review a table of all previous payments, including the date and specific amount paid.
  • Balance Tracking: Look at the top of the history table to see the Remaining Balance at a glance.

Communication Log

Stay on top of customer outreach at the bottom right:

The Communication Log tracks every SMS sent to the customer. You can see the exact date/time, the message content, and whether the status is Sent.

Final Step: After updating measurements or details on the left, remember to click the Update Order button at the bottom.
